Kilner said on Sunday that, due to Walker's alleged infidelity, the couple—who have been together for 13 years and have three children together—would be separating and that she would be "taking some time away from Kyle."
However, the England defender, who was recently 'kicked out' from his £2.4 million marital residence, has now come out in favour of his spouse on Instagram, calling her a "wonderful woman."

The Man City defender posted a heartfelt message on his Instagram: "Annie is an amazing woman and I can only apologise for the upset I've caused her. She's been part of my life for so long and that will never change for the sake of our children. I would ask for privacy for all of our family, and especially our young children, whilst we work through these difficult times."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
The Daily Mail reported that while Annie had known for some time that Walker had fathered two children with reality star Lauryn Goodman, the news did not cause the couple to split up. Rather, the accumulation of Kyle's transgressions took a toll, and his wife now needs time apart from him.
