This Diablo 4 Season 10 Infernal Warp Farm is Virtually Unbeatable

Diablo 4 Season 10 invites players to utilize a host of new powers in the form of Chaos Perks and Chaos Uniques to drastically alter how the game is played. In order to get the most out of Chaos Perks, Diablo 4 players will need to spend Infernal Warp to level them up. However, farming this seasonal currency efficiently is easier said than done, but there is still one optimal route for obtaining the most Infernal Warp possible in the shortest amount of time.

To stay competitive in Diablo 4‘s endgame meta, fully upgrading a build’s Chaos Perks is essential. Some Chaos Perks come with game-changing abilities, such as the Sorcerer’s Mana Shield, which makes the user nearly invincible, or the Necromancer’s Alter the Balance, which can create a chaotic spam of powerful attacks. In their quest to reach the endgame, players will likely find themselves needing to farm Infernal Warp to achieve the optimal Chaos Perk setup, but the best method for finding this resource is somewhat complicated.

Farming Infernal Warp Can Be Tricky in Diablo 4 Season 10

  • Chaos Monsters
  • Chaos Rift Reward
  • Infernal Warp Reserve Nightmare Dungeon Affixes

The primary source for Infernal Warp drops is from the new seasonal Chaos Rift events that can be found randomly throughout Sanctuary. These Chaos Rifts spawn in both Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons, requiring players to defeat the Chaos Monsters that emerge before destroying the Chaos Rift itself. While the Chaos Monsters that spawn from the Rift have the chance to drop Infernal Warp, players can find specific Chaos Rifts that offer an increased amount of Infernal Warp as a reward for sealing them.

Diablo 4 Players Have to Compete for Chaos Rifts in Helltides

In theory, players can farm Infernal Warp by spending time in a Helltide and keeping an eye on the map for Chaos Rift spawns. However, Chaos Rifts appear server-wide, meaning any player in that Helltide could potentially find and seal the Chaos Rift before the player even gets there. As such, there is no guarantee that players will be able to efficiently farm Chaos Rifts for Infernal Warp in Helltides, as there is always a risk that the Rift will be sealed by the time they get there.

One half-solution to this issue is to disable crossplay to limit the number of players from other consoles on a server at a time, but this isn’t a perfect solution.

The Ideal Infernal Warp Farming Route is in Nightmare Dungeons

With Helltides off the table for Chaos Rift farming due to the competition from other players, the best way to farm Infernal Warp in Diablo 4 Season 10 is from Nightmare Dungeons. Not only do some Nightmare Dungeons have the Infernal Warp Reserve affix for a guaranteed drop, but Chaos Rifts also have a chance of appearing in Nightmare Dungeons. Moreover, Nightmare Dungeons are instanced for the player, so other players don’t have the chance to swoop in and clear a Chaos Rift before they can get to it.

The ideal way to farm Infernal Warp from Nightmare Dungeons is to find an Escalation Sigil with the Infernal Warp Reserve affix. This allows players to access an Escalating Nightmare with three consecutive Nightmare Dungeons capable of spawning Chaos Rifts, along with an affix that guarantees some Infernal Warp will drop from the Horadric Chests found within. While Escalating Nightmares might be more suitable for players with endgame-ready builds, general Nightmare Dungeons can be tackled at almost any point, meaning that players waiting for the best opportunity to start farming Infernal Warp really only need to wait until they start finding Nightmare Sigils to begin.
