Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney changed the fortunes of Wrexham ever since they took over the Welsh club in 2020. Under their ownership, the Red Dragons achieved back-to-back promotions and are currently plying their trade in League One.

However, despite the actors' success as co-owners in English football, only 28 percent of football fans in the UK are willing to welcome the duo as their respective club owners as per a survey conducted by Betfair/YouGov. During the survey, they interacted with more than 2000 fans out of which a net 52 percent of the fans were satisfied with their current ownership.
